Shipping policy

SunSeal Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 (Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location. We currently offer flat-rate shipping to select countries (e.g., UK: $15 AUD).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

4. Shipping Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle for domestic and international deliveries.

5. Delays and Exceptions
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as high parcel volumes, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. SunSeal is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

6. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@sunseal.com.au with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
